"A thin flour batter under your favorite Andy's Fish Breading gives fried fish fillets an extra layer of crunch."

Our classic fish fry, turned up a notch. Dipping the fillets in a simple flour batter first gives Andy's Fish Breading more to hold on to, so every piece comes out of the oil just a little crispier.
For a little extra kick, swap the flour in the batter for Andy's Hot 'N' Spicy Chicken Breading.

In a bowl, add your water and flour to make a thin batter (it should coat the back of a spoon).
Add your fish fillets to the mixture and toss until completely coated.
In a separate bowl or bag, add the Andy's Fish Breading.
Add your fish fillets to the Andy's Fish Breading and completely cover.
Heat your oil to 350-375°F.
Add your breaded fish and cook until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (approx. 8 minutes, depending on thickness).
