"Juicy chicken thighs marinated in balsamic vinegar and Andy's Crazy Good Meat Seasoning, seared, then simmered with peppers, onions and garlic."

A one-skillet weeknight dinner. Andy's Crazy Good Meat Seasoning and balsamic vinegar make a two-ingredient marinade that seasons the chicken, then turns into a glossy pan sauce with sweet peppers, onions and garlic.
Marinate as little as 30 minutes or up to 4 hours. The longer it sits, the deeper the flavor.

In a bowl, combine Andy's Crazy Good Meat Seasoning and balsamic vinegar.
Add your chicken thighs to the bowl. Marinate for 30-45 minutes (up to 4 hours).
In a heated skillet, add 2 tbsp of oil.
Add your chicken to the skillet and cook for 4 minutes on both sides. Reserve the marinade.
Remove your chicken from the pan and set aside.
To the same pan, add your peppers, onions, and garlic. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add your reserved marinade to the skillet and bring to a simmer.
Add your chicken back to the pan and simmer for another 5 minutes, or until your chicken reaches 165°F internally.
