Golden Fried Oysters

1 qt. large oysters

1/4 cup milk

2 eggs, beaten

1 cup flour

1-1/2 cups Andy's Fish Breading

Oil for frying

  • Drain oysters.
  • Combine eggs and milk.
  • Combine flour and fish breading.
  • Roll oysters in flour mixture.
  • Dip in milk and egg mixture, then again in flour mixture.
  • Fry in very hot oil until golden brown.
  • Serves 6.
