Fried Catfish Fillets


  • 2 lbs. Catfish Fillets
  • 1 bag of Andy’s Red Fish Breading
  • Vegetable Oil


  1. Wash catfish fillets and pat dry
  2. Heat oil in a pan to 375 degrees
  3. Put the Andy’s Red Fish Breading in a zip lock bag with the fillets and shake gently or roll the catfish in the breading until well coated
  4. Shake off excess breading
  5. Carefully place the fillets in hot oil
  6. Cook for 3-4 minutes until brown or crusted around the edges
  7. Carefully flip the fillets and continue frying for 4-5 minutes
  8. Carefully remove the fillets and place on paper towel
  9. Allow the fillets to rest for two minutes
  10. Ready to serve
